Throughout our long involvement in human resources, we've always maintained that effective, strategically driven HR is at the heart of what makes an organisation successful.
We've garnered more than 30 years' experience in all aspects of HR management and organisational development, much of that experience being at senior levels within large corporate organisations.
We have special interests in business planning and organisational change management; employment relations; HR systems and HR software development; and organisational psychology.
Employee engagement is another area of our expertise and, indeed, in the early 1990s we developed one of the first home-grown organisational climate/engagement surveys in New Zealand, at the time a leader in its field. That initial survey evolved into today's best practice evolveHR's Team Engagement Survey™.
We've mentored a number of New Zealand's senior HR professionals and we've been actively involved with Business Mentors New Zealand for over ten years in a volunteer business mentor capacity
